Angela Christine Watson [n e 12 November 1975Angela Christine Watson [born 12 November 1975] is an American model and actor best known for playing Karen Foster in Step by Step. Suzanne Somers played Carol Foster Lambert, one of her daughters. Angela Watson is National Board Certified and holds a degree in Curriculum Education, Instruction. She has over 11 years of experience in the classroom and over a decade of experience as an instructional coach. Angela created this site when she was a student teacher in the year 2003. Her goal was to provide useful classroom tips and encourage other teachers to adopt a more positive outlook to help them enjoy their jobs. The website was titled Ms. Powell's ideas for managing for teachers up to 2008. Then, it was renamed The Cornerstone for Teachers, in the wake in her book. Angela's professional development program to improve productivity is in use by over 45 000 schools as part of the 40 Hour Workweek. The program was initially designed to help educators, but 40 Hour was then expanded to include instructional coaches, as well as administrative staff. This helps teachers become more deliberate with their contractual schedule and their instruction, so they can concentrate on what is important.
